I wish there was a “surprise me!” button when you search for a host in an area. For example when you don’t mind meeting people with another age and other interests than your own etc.

This is exactly what happened to some local CS communities I know : they did move their activities, events and discussions to certain telegram, WhatsApp etc groups. Cuz not all of members r able to keep going with new CS policies. And also it feels more real.
