I am getting requests and finding I have the same problem as I had on CS… users aren’t seeing or reading “my home” section. I have rules and important info there and I want it to be more obvious than it is right now.
I wonder what others would think of in addition to the “my home section” there could be some kind of note that appears when users go to request my couch… could we have a popup with some optional house rules agreement or maybe just a reminder to check that section before sending a request?
For example I have two deal breakers: cat allergies and requesting more than one week in advance. I wish people would be able to see these again somehow before then send a request, it’s sad when they obviously put in a ton of effort in the request and did read my profile page thoroughly. Just trying to find a way to help them find what they’re looking for easier.
