When you reply to a forum post there is the button «reply» with the ↶ .
It opens as usual a textbox to make the reply.
At the bottom of this textbox there is also the same symbol and the same text, that should instead be the symbol ⇗ with «send» text.
(edit and new topic on the other way are correctly labeled, only reply to a post have de odd behavior)

I can’t fix the bug, but I adjusted the minimum title length here on the forum
